**Marketing Liaison**

Join Jancare Private Health Services as the Marketing Liaison, where creativity meets adaptability. This role is instrumental in managing both internal and external sales and marketing efforts. The Marketing Liaison will play a key role in developing and executing business development and marketing strategies focused on establishing strong relationships with the community and referral sources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact and visit case managers, social workers, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharge planners, physicians, and hospitals
- Build and nurture relationships within the community and with referral sources
- Follow up with leads and connections
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans
- Implement marketing plans within established time limits
- Participate in community events to develop a market referral network
- Foster a client-focused approach to all marketing activities
- Represent the company professionally, both internally and externally
- Demonstrate a proven ability to develop referral relationships in the senior healthcare industry
- Operate as a self-starter, go-getter, and collaborate effectively with the Administrator and Human Resource teams
- Utilize Microsoft office and CRM systems like HubSpot
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 year of healthcare or related industry sales experience. (home health, hospice, pharmacology, assisted living, long-term care)
- Knowledge of healthcare service needs.
- Effective communication of medical services with all levels of healthcare.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven relationship-building skills.
- Previous successful sales experience
- Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and organized.
- Proficient and comfortable posting and interacting on social media, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, digital advertising, Twitter. SEO knowledge is a plus.
- Adaptability in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive and proactive go-getter attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Administrator and Human Resource teams
- Personable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Clean driving record
