**Verizon Account Associate Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Ensure that new customers are informed of and fully utilizing all of our products and services features
- Facilitate the placement of sales orders and monitor the fulfillment process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Navigate company structures to get past gatekeepers and influence decision-makers
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions that will meet or exceed expectations
- Demonstrates technical sales ability with in-depth knowledge of our products and services by attending daily client meetings in-office or via ZOOM
- Leverage all given resources and solution selling to expand margin dollars and exceed sales targets
- Communicate effectively with all relevant departments to establish and accomplish sales goals

**Verizon Account Associate Requirements**:

- Have intellectual agility as well as an entrepreneurial and growth mindset
- Demonstrates drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients

- Knowledge of sales cycle and solution selling techniques
- A proven approach to accessing decision-makers at client organizations

**Education And Experience We Look For**:

- High school, secondary diploma, or equivalent required
- Background in Client Management, Client Facing, Sales, Customer Service, or Business is ideal

Pay: $55,500.00 - $61,471.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
