Interra Credit Union is seeking a motivated and driven individual looking to join our Marketing team and has a high level of interest in marketing. As a part-time Marketing Clerk, you will support the Marketing Department by assisting with administrative tasks and have the opportunity to gain experience alongside marketing professionals. You will be responsible for providing support with handling the day-to-day operations of the department for approximately 20 hours per week. Attention to detail is a must while ensuring expectations are exceeded, deadlines are met, and the overall reputation of the Credit Union are prioritized. Requires an advanced level of member service and communication skills plus the ability to work with a team environment.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
- Assists with event preparation, planning and deliverables including special events such as monthly member appreciation and annual activities.
- Prepares and fills orders for branch marketing including monthly marketing deliverables and children’s gift bags.
- Assists with research for marketing projects and other job-related duties as assigned.
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the USA PATRIOT Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**

**Experience**

1+ years customer service and/or communication experience is required. Basic knowledge of business processes and interpretation. Must be technical savvy and demonstrate competency using spreadsheets and word processing. Attention to detail and follow-through required. Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Education / Certifications / Licenses**

A high school diploma or equivalent. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
