Mobile Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Mobile Expert. As a Mobile Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their wireless needs. This is a fast-paced retail environment where you will have the opportunity to showcase your technical sales skills and provide solutions to meet our customers' needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing mobile devices, accessories, and service plans
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of different devices
- Perform cash handling duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate cash register transactions
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate discounts, taxes, and totals for customer purchases
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless technology trends and product knowledge
- Resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical sales or retail sales is preferred
- Strong cash handling skills with the ability to perform basic retail math calculations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Knowledge of wireless sales is an advantage
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
