The job responsibilities are:.
- Maintain and follow up on all documentation relating to vehicle (paper & electronic) titles.
- Perform scanning duties for all loan documents for the department.
Assist loan officers and loan processors, as required, with various functions including: sending prepared loan documents via mail, fax or overnight service, putting together completed files and preparing files for scanning.
- Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing branch mail.
Maintain and follow up on Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI), service CPI for indirect auto portfolio and provide proof of insurance received to CPI vendor.
- Handle transactions and servicing for indirect loan programs.
- Assist the Lending Manager with tasks and projects as required.
- Meet with the Lending Manager/Lending Supervisor(s) on a regular basis for follow up and additional needs.
- Contribute suggestions and ideas to management regarding product development and departmental procedures and assist management in achieving corporate goals and objectives.
- Recognize the need to ask for assistance from the Lending Manager and Supervisors when needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Minimum high school diploma or its equivalency and minimum one-year office environment experience.
- Must possess excellent judgment, reasoning, communication, math, grammar, spelling, computer skills and be able to multi-task.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting is required.

Pay: From $15.28 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
