**Duties**:

- Develop and implement program curriculum
- Conduct research to enhance program effectiveness
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure program success
- Provide administrative support for program activities
- Coordinate with local businesses for onsite visits and workshops
- Coordinate with non-local businesses to visit our program with engaging entertainment
- Assist in academic advising and student support services

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience in school age curriculum development
- Experience in working with school age children
- Ability to work effectively with students
- Ability to work independently and with a co-teacher
- Experience with children with minor disabilities
