L5 Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all security policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct regular security inspections and audits.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Provide training and guidance to security staff.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and management.
- Monitor security systems and equipment.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security supervisory role. And/or Military background or corrections/Law enforcement experience is also required. This is Required
- Valid Florida Security License (Class D and G).
- Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in using security technology and systems.
