RSVR - Milwaukee is seeking a friendly, outgoing, passionate video game enthusiast to join our team as a VR Host(ess). As a Host(ess), you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and gaming

**What does a typical shift look like?**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile
- Check-in guests and explain the Virtual Reality experience
- Provide beverages for guests; Prior bartending a plus
- Assist Pre-Booked reservations and accommodate Walk-In reservations
- Maintain cleanliness of the building
- Handle guest complaints, concerns, and/ or compliments with professionalism and escalate when necessary

**Why you'd be great for the job**:

- Customer facing experience is preferred
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Outgoing verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests
- Excellent service industry and customer service skills
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
