Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on various cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette

**Experience**:

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a cannabis dispensary or related industry
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures
- Experience operating electronic sales systems and cash registers
- Bilingual skills (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.49 - $22.26 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
