We are seeking motivated individual to become a title processor/closer who is looking to become part of the family.

Experience Plusses:

- 1. Title Insurance
- from opening of file to post closing
- 2. Basic Real Estate
- 3. Basic Legal/Probate/Trusts

Require Qualification:

- Bilingual Reading, Writing and Speaking Fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish
- Experience with title software: Qualia
- Some experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes title and purchase and sale transactions.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Capable networker with excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs is a must.
- Must have superior organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and demands
- Pay: Annual base pay, and business acquisition bonus

Pay: $34,000.00 - $60,000.00 based on experience
