**What You Will Do**
- Conduct High-Energy Spin Classes: Lead engaging and challenging spin classes that cater to participants of various fitness levels.
- Motivate and Inspire: Create a positive and motivating atmosphere to encourage clients to reach their fitness goals.
- Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized attention, feedback, and support.
- Safety and Technique: Ensure the safety of participants by teaching proper cycling techniques, adjusting equipment, and monitoring class intensity.
- Class Planning: Develop creative and effective spin class routines that keep clients engaged and excited.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain spin bikes and studio equipment to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
- Stay Informed: Stay up to date with industry trends and certifications to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
- Client Retention: Actively participate in activities to retain existing clients and attract new ones, such as promotional events or themed classes.

**Qualifications**
- Certified Spin Instructor with relevant certifications.
- Previous experience in leading spin classes is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and energetic class environment.
