**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in performing in-home measurements.
- Installation of custom Lutron motorized roller shades and

motorized drapery tracks.
- Terminating Lutron wiring at both the Motorized shade and power

panel locations.
- Set upper and lower shade limits.
- Ability to learn the Lutron software to configure motorized shades.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
High School degree or equivalent.
- Experience with common hand tools, including power drills.
- Ability to measure using a manual or laser measuring tool.
- Ability to read construction drawings, wire schedules and design

documentation.
- Strong understanding of technology with computers and tablets.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 55 pounds and able to work on a ladder and/ or scaffold.
- Punctual, reliable and possess great work ethic is a must.
- Active Drivers license.

Pay: $26.14 - $29.24 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
