Civil Drafter

**CAD Designer** - For Land Development
- Civil

**NOT REMOTE **

**Responsibilities**:

- Create CAD drawings for land development projects (residential and commercial) using Civil 3D software.
- Design grading, erosion control, stormwater, and sewer systems in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and prepare project documentation.
- Assist in the review and approval process with regulatory agencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in land development and CAD design.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in CAD design for land development projects.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and strong knowledge of grading, erosion control, stormwater, and sewer design.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial land development projects is desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
