Office and administrative support, and physical asset management functions.
- Handles multiple phones lines, check clients in/out.
- Manage conference rooms reservations
- Update directory and other administrative reports
- Provide administrative support to Management
- Assists with incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Assists with running reports on an ad-hoc basis

The base salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

**Qualifications**

**Required Qualifications**
- 1+ Years experience in Supportive roles
- 1+ Years experience in Customer service/ Business office setting
- Enthusiastically works with all employees at all level, capitalizing on their strength.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree preferred
