Our tire and wheel shop is seeking a **skilled** Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience in-store and on the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, providing recommendations, processing transactions, and answering customer inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and provide recommendations for products and services.
- Manage incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including maintaining inventory levels, restocking shelves, and creating displays.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service, following up with customers after purchases, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, conducting regular inventory counts, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of automotive sales or tire technician experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers.
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) software and other retail technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

- The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- The ability to lift and move heavy objects, including tires and wheels.

As one of the largest tire and wheel retailers in Houston, TX, we aspire to disrupt the tire and wheel market within Houston.

With over 30 years of industry experience, our single store is looking to expand into a 2nd location by the end of 2024 and beginning of 2025. That's where you come into the picture

Our team is looking to expand and add more A-players into the mix. We hope that's you

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,360.00 - $41,600.00 per year
