Job Title: Machine Operator / Grinder

Location: Pomona CA

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC grinding machines to produce high-quality cutting tools according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust machine settings as necessary to achieve desired cutting tool dimensions and tolerances.
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished cutting tools for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Skills Needed:

- Proficiency with ANCA or Rollomatic software for CNC grinding machines.
- Previous experience operating CNC grinding machines in a grinding shop setting.
- Demonstrated experience in making cutting tools, with a strong understanding of tool geometry and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
