- Responsibilities**. **Responsible for working with business leadership and leaders within Data and Analytics Engineering to define and drive the implementation of overarching data governance strategy and architecture that will align organization's Chief Data Office's vision to manage ADP's data. Influence and govern current and future software architectural blueprints and promote architectural initiatives that makes data quality transparent and easy to access. Provide a holistic view of our data to stakeholders, improve efficiency, and support our business strategy. Design and guide software engineers to bring concepts to life using industry standard tools such as Informatica AXON, EDC, IDQ, and Alation. Review software solutions, refine solutions if necessary, and jump in to develop critical areas. Design technical solutions using industry standard tools and work with a team of engineers as they implement the design. Implement Data Quality frameworks, metadata management solutions and data governance solutions. Define best practices and enforce standards for data quality and metadata management**.**

**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**:

- **Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related Engineering discipline or related field of study plus ten (10) years of related experience required**.**:

- **Work Experience. **Five (5) years of experience must include: Informatica AXON; EDC; IDQ; Collibra; Implementing Data Quality frameworks, metadata management solution and data governance solutions; AWS, big data technologies, python and databases; Overseeing projects and programs with a focus on delivery; Data management; Data Governance strategy; Presentation Skills; Software Design and Architecture; Project/Program Management; Stakeholder Management**.**
