**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough investigations into personal injury cases to determine liability and damages.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the case.
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and at mediation or arbitration proceedings.
- Prepare for and participate in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and legal precedents related to personal injury cases.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the legal process, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of case developments, expenses, and billable hours.

**Requirements**:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing with the relevant state bar association.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on personal injury litigation.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law, including torts, negligence, and liability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients who have been injured.
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting software.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working for a reputable personal injury law firm.
- Trial experience, including jury trials and/or bench trials.
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish or another commonly spoken language in the community.

**Additional Information**:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $265,000 annually

Pay: $165,000.00 - $265,000.00 per year
