**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through a combination of in-person and online channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with building managers, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders to generate referrals and leads.
- Create and implement targeted sales campaigns to reach potential clients and drive business growth.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company pricing guidelines.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of moving projects and exceed client expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in both in-person and online sales, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using online sales tools and platforms.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
