Monitor, assess and manage the Walmart produce replenishment supply chain through various available resources including but not limited to Walmart Retaillink, sourcing / grower network, procurement and in-house operations.

**Objectives**
- Ensure orders are being filled at or exceeding set goals.
- Analyze Walmart forecasts while working closely with team members, procurement and Walmart Replenishment to consistently achieve outstanding fulfillment rates.
- Monitor and validate Walmart orders for delivery and accuracy.
- Work with Walmart Traffic to coordinate timely arrival of orders.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Continually monitor Walmart projections
- Analyze forecast vs. current demand
- Monitor Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Validate receipt of orders based on established order review days
- Validate correct information on inbound orders (dates, item, item number and pricing)
- Interact and communicate with Walmart Traffic to arrange for load building and scheduled pick-up of individual orders.
- Validate and process invoices for timely submittal to World Variety Accounting. In addition, investigate and resolve any exceptions which may arise or any issues brought to light by Accounting.
- Monitor Walmart rejections, performing any necessary reporting to identify exceptions or notables while seeking resolve for any quality concerns.
- Keep abreast of ever-changing Walmart procedures, programs, and benchmarks.
- Ensure On-Time In Full (OTIF) benchmarks are being met. Work with Category Managers, Setup Team, Repack Team and Warehouse Operations to manage flow of product while maximizing fill rates and timely arrival
- New Item Creations within the Walmart system and follow-up confirmation of proper item setup within both the Walmart and World Variety systems once an item is created.
- Item file maintenance
- Setup and maintenance of DC alignments
- Setup and maintenance of pricing within the Walmart system as well as within World Variety’s system.
- Monitoring production, availability and seasonality along with planning for upcoming events and holidays to ensure orders are being filled.
- Foster interaction/communication with Walmart Replenishment and Walmart Sourcing, providing updates on crop and availability.
- Work closely with in-house Procurement Team and growers on supply planning—short term, intermediate and long-term outlooks.
- Prepare and produce various daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports in support of sales and other aspects of the business.
- Lend support with Food Safety and Traceability as needed.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per year
