**LEASING CONSULTANT**

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the Hillpointe (Pointe Grand) team This role focuses on curating a vibrant community. From leading engaging resident tours to collaborating on dynamic marketing strategies, you'll be at the forefront of attracting, retaining, and assisting residents

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
- Coordinate apartment inspections and maintenance for seamless move-ins.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and social media presence to drive traffic and boost occupancy rates.
- Utilize property management software for streamlined data management.
- Engage with prospects and residents to ensure their satisfaction.
- Execute lease renewal initiatives to enhance resident retention.
- Provide timely responses to resident and client inquiries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and offer innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Abilities**
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Office environment with occasional exposure to outdoor elements.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals
- Ability to physically access all community areas.
- Valid driver’s license for property operations and local travel (if required).
