**position**:Personal Banker (Call Center)**

**hours**:full-time (monday-friday)**

**base pay range**:$21.00- $25.00 per hour**

**Here’s what you’ll be doing as a UMe Call Center Personal Banker**:

- assisting members with online banking, bill payment, mobile banking and UMe website navigation _**(you’ve got to be comfortable with technology)**_
- identifying member needs, and suggesting products and services that would benefit them
- staying updated on new UMe products and services

**Here’s what our UMe Call Center Personal Banker position requires from you**:

- Lending360 & Episys knowledge are a plus **(you’ll be doing lots of loans)**:

- registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
- multi-tasking, being organized and paying attention to details **(you’ve got to be detail oriented)**:

- being computer and tech savvy _**(you’ve got to be an expert in remote document signing & all e-banking functions)**_
- identifying financial products and services that will make people’s lives better **(you’ve got to enjoy helping people)**:

- supporting all marketing & business development campaigns & promotions
- living the UMe brand _**(we’ll tell you all about it)**_
- **We’re looking for above & beyond customer service experience - because we really value a real, human connection.**_

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
