**Job Overview**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide End User Technical Support for Firm employees
- Application Maintenance: Updates, documentation, configuration, health monitoring, and functionality request fulfillment
- Perform and maintain physical hardware inventory
- Assist with other technology related projects in coordination with our managed service providers
- Distribute service tickets based on priority across departments
- Record and maintain clear record of work in group based ticketing system
- Create basic technical knowledge base documentation
- Interact effectively with users across the organization to provide a consistent level of service
- Communicate and enforce IT Security best practices across the organization
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**

Education/Licensing
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred and/or
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+, CompTIA Sec+, ITIL Foundations v4 preferred
- Experience in Finance, Higher Education, or Government preferred

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Five or more years experience in technology support roles required with advanced general technical ability
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
- Client service mentality
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
- Familiarity with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) preferred
- Teamwork oriented with a willingness to grow, a passion for living, and desire to go above and beyond

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
