**Front Desk/ Sales Associate**:

- Maintain consistent customer relations for all target clients
- Cultivate new referral sources through prospecting and cold calling
- Calling any leads that come into club ready
- Execute all target sales and marketing plans and strategies with appropriate attention to
- detail and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with local businesses on a regular basis and setting up campaign tables with
- marketing materials
- opportunities and revenue

**Opening Duties**
- Unlock all doors
- Turn on all lights, TV, music, and computers
- Check treatment rooms to make sure they are stocked for the day
- Go through messages to make sure everything from the night before has been finished
- Review appointment book for clients o Any problems with the schedule?
- Review Confirmation Manager - has anyone not confirmed or cancelled?
- Are any credit cards about to expire. Make a list and call throughout the day to get a new date.
- Who is coming in today who doesn’t have a membership? Why?
- What is your % booked tomorrow or the next day?
- Update the Nurses Schedule every second week of the month, or before the next month begins on the calendar.

**Mid-shift & Closing Duties ** **Send review requests to morning IV drippers.**
- Check garbage’s, check lounge for garbage or items misplaced
- Did I schedule every client today for a future appointment?
- Answer all phone messages/complete all tasks
- Stock supplements, IV supplies if needed
- Wipe down exam tables and blood pressure cuffs
- Check stock and injectables
- Check waiting room to make sure it’s clean
- Shut off TV, music, and all lights
- Lock all doors to unit

**Weekly Duties**
- What is your average daily sales price? How does that compare with your unit goals?
- How many new clients did you have last week? Unit goals?
- How many clients rebooked last week? Unit goals?
- How many memberships were sold last week? Unit goals?
- What is your units break down of Lifestyle drips to Health support drips?
- Goal **→ **Lifestyle 60%, Health Support 40%
- How many social media posts did you have across all platforms last week?
- What are your social media numbers: # followers
- What day of the month is your newsletter going out?
- # likes per post
- Review Cancer & Chelation clients. Who is behind on treatments?
- Take inventory on retail products and supplements
- Attend weekly/Monthly sales meeting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Broaden brand awareness of The DRIPBaR - Skillman, NJ
- Broaden industry awareness of the benefits of IV Vitamin Therapy
- Through booking weekly events for lead generation and awareness.
- Build and cultivate partnerships with complimentary healthcare providers.
- Build and cultivate partnerships with businesses that have similar clientele.
- Develop relationships with athletes and other influential ambassadors.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our IV Drips and IM ingredients.
- Promote memberships and additional services based on client wellness goals.
- Participates in off-site promotional events and special projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in sales, particularly in retail or customer-facing roles
- Ability to effectively market products and services
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with front desk operations
- Proficiency in basic math for transactions
- Knowledge of stocking procedures and inventory management
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers
- Ability to conduct product demos and upsell to customers
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is a plus
- Familiarity with technology sales and electronics products
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in technical sales or wireless sales is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales opportunities

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Pay**: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

**Expected hours**: 21- 25 per week

**Schedule**: Wed -Friday (12-7pm), Saturday (10am - 5pm) & Sunday (10am - 3pm)
