Receptionist/dispatch

Long standing plumbing and utility company seeking a customer service-oriented Receptionist/Dispatcher. In this position you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing seamless customer service. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, multitasker and provide excellent customer service.

**Duties**:

- Accurately take information about service for customers
- Collect daily paperwork and reports
- Dispatch service technicians to assigned jobs

**Skills**:

- Basic computer and telephone skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- QuickBooks knowledge
- Experience in plumbing is a plus

Schedule:
Monday
- Friday 7am to 4pm

Job is Full Time

Pay starting at $15 per hour with possibility of a raise after 90 day
