Summary

**Hourly rate: $19.50**

Our Starbucks Barista will provide service in the Starbucks located in the lobby of Hyatt Regency Orange County. We are actively looking for an experienced barista to work both mornings and afternoon shifts. Positive attitude and a great smile is a must Ability to multitask, and act urgently is of utmost importance. Baristas prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards and provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests. Ability to manage cash banks, guest requests, and multiple demands while providing superior service to every guest, every day. In addition, Baristas ensure that the retail outlet and inventory are neatly organized and attractively displayed. Baristas are the final point of contact for the experience and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
- Previous Barista experience is a plus.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Superior guest service abilities.
- Previous customer service experience with cash/credit card handling.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds).
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
