Pdn Lvn

We are looking for great PDN nurses (LVN and RN's ) for our wonderful patients in the Cleveland and New Caney area; Needing multiple nurses for several patients.

The nurse will focus on the medical needs and medical treatment that is ordered for the patients, in their homes. They will be expected to assess their patients' conditions multiple times during every shift and provide skilled nursing care. Document timely in Kantime EMR.
