**The Role**:
The Director of Product Disclosure Policy and Regulatory Strategy is responsible for establishing and administering guidelines for the dissemination of portfolio holdings information across Fidelity’s retail and institutional product lines and will also play an integral role in establishing and maintaining Fidelity Fund Investment Operations (FFIO) regulatory readiness focused on emerging regulatory matters impacting our business.

The Director will:

- Be the primary day to day contact for holdings disclosure policy consultation and support, working with product teams and distribution channel partners to ensure external disclosure is compliant.
- Lead the FMR, FIAM and FDS Executive Holdings Disclosure Policy Committee which evaluates holdings disclosure policy with a goal of serving a portfolio’s best interest by striking appropriate balance between, providing information about the portfolio, and protecting the portfolio from potentially harmful disclosure.
- Drive policy request intake, prioritization, socialization with key stakeholders, creation of proposals for approval consideration and implementation.
- Be responsible for holdings disclosure policy training, awareness, and maintenance of the on-line reference guide and other key resources.
- Be a driver of change in helping develop and maintain overall regulatory readiness efforts within FFIO related to emerging regulatory and standard setter rules.

**The Expertise and Skills You Bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Investment product knowledge including investment structures, regulatory and compliance framework, and distribution
- Continuous learner and strategic thinker who can communicate and collaborate across teams and the broader Fidelity organization
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills to achieve alignment within teams
- Understanding of fund investment operations data including reference, accounting, performance, risk measurement, and portfolio composition, characteristics, and attribution
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent high priority deliverables and deadlines
- Transferable skills include project management, risk management, compliance and an interest to learn

**The Team**:
We are a small team that is part of the Fund Administration business unit within Fidelity Fund Investment Operations that collaborates with key stakeholders within Asset Management and across Fidelity to provide policy guidance and consultation. We strive to provide timely and accurate policy solutions, to promote Fidelity products and services, and provide consultation to business partners while achieving compliance with regulatory requirements.
