We are seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright, specializing in the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and equipment. The primary focus of a millwright is to ensure that machinery operates efficiently and safely within various industrial settings.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Installation and Assembly
- Assemble and install new machinery and equipment according to blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering specifications.
- Align and level machinery using precision tools to ensure proper operation.
- Assist on setting up machine shop.
- Assist with tool trailer upgrade.
- Assist with setting up welding area / welding table.

Maintenance and Repair
- Conduct regular maintenance on industrial machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure

optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, such as faulty bearings, gears, and other components.

Blueprints and Technical Documentation
- Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to carry out instal lations and repairs accurately.

Safety Compliance
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Implement safety measures during installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Collaboration
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful

project completion.
- Provide input on equipment upgrades and modifications based on hands-on experience.

Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Create reports detailing work performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future im provements.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education)

Experience & Skills:

- Proven experience as a millwright in an industrial setting.
- Welding experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in millwrighting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or apprenticeship in millwrighting is preferred.

Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
