**Competitive Full-Time Salary**: $21.45-$24.95/hr with progressive wage increases every 90 days (increments of $0.50 at 90, 180, 360, 540, and 720 days, and $1/hr at 900 days) to recognize your dedication

**Shift Hours**:

- S2: Monday - Friday 2PM - 10PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce industry-specific and OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct compliance, safety, and food safety audits and reviews.
- Monitor and report employee health and safety issues.
- Coordinate emergency response and evacuation plans.
- Advocate for employee welfare and worker's compensation.
- Create detailed audit reports guiding improvements.

**Qualifications**
- 1 year of experience or coursework in safety, compliance, or security-related fields (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice)
- OR 6 months of experience as a Walmart associate

Pay: $21.45 - $24.95 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
