This role will have an hourly wage + commission

**Experience**:

- Preferably experienced in real estate, property management, or related fields
- Proven track record in project or team management, from conception to execution
- Experience in website management, logistics, and customer service is advantageous

Qualifications:

- High School degree required
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate teams
- Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Entrepreneurial drive with a passion for innovation and business growth

**Skills**:

- Ability to efficiently manage inventory and logistics for timely service delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain customer relationships
- Problem-solving aptitude to overcome challenges and adapt to market dynamics
- Sales and business development capabilities to propel revenue generation and market expansion
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the launch and management of the sign post installation service, overseeing online platform setup and day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to acquire and retain customers, driving revenue growth
- Manage inventory levels, including procurement, stocking, and monitoring of sign post supplies and equipment
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of installers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate installation schedules and logistics to optimize efficiency and meet customer requirements
- Oversee website management tasks, including content updates, user experience enhancements, and online marketing endeavors
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to devise promotional campaigns and attract new clientele
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for business enhancement
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance and expansion of the sign post installation business
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform strategic decision-making and drive business success.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
