We are seeking a passionate Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help Non-GMO enthusiasts thrive by introducing innovative agronomic solutions that unleash the full potential of germplasm and individuals alike.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold prospecting in target-rich environments as defined by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Utilize outbound dial lists provided by the Sales & Marketing Manager to initiate meaningful conversations and build relationships.
- Host whole-farm webinars and/or conference calls to showcase creative and regenerative agricultural methods.
- Proactively seek referrals from existing customers to identify others who could benefit from our solutions.

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Provide support to customers to ensure successful seed planting and crop management, fostering long-term relationships.
- Adhere to our key policy of guiding Non-GMO enthusiasts towards holistic agro-economic life solutions, aligning with our company values.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and a commitment to promoting regenerative practices.
- Knowledge of agronomic principles and an understanding of the challenges faced by farmers in today's agricultural landscape.
- Familiarity with Non-GMO farming practices and the ability to articulate the benefits of our solutions to potential customers.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
