Job Description:
Colleague is currently looking for an Irrigation Superintendent in the Houston, TX Area. The Irrigation Superintendent will be working for an upscale Residential Landscape company. This would be a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of irrigation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to develop irrigation plans that meet the aesthetic and functional requirements of each project.
- Oversee installation, scheduling, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and water conservation guidelines related to irrigation system design, installation, and operation.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of irrigation experience.
- Strong leadership and technical skills.
- Knowledge of water conservation principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
