**Behavior Technician Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- ** Male BT/RBT **_Strongly_** Preferred**:

- High School Diploma Required
- Previous experience working with children Required
- ** Reliable Personal Transportation Required**:

- ** Travel between client's home and/or community setting Required**:

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with families and teammates
- Implement programs based on ABA principles to increase communication, self-help, social, and play skills
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
- Manage challenging behaviors that occur.
- Work involves playing with children including but not limited to walking, running, standing, sitting, kneeling, and carrying up to 25 lbs in settings such as a home floor.
- Diligently attending to the safety of the patient and surroundings is required.

**Behavior Technician Schedule & Benefits**:

- ** Part-Time Position - After-School Hours: 3pm-8pm**:

- ** Weekends not required**:

- Monthly Employee Bonus Program
