Customer Service Representative
**Are you interested in working for one of the nation's leading** **_Wholesale Auto Glass replacement distributors_**? Family owned since 1984, we have 19 warehouses throughout CA, NV, MI, OH, AZ, and FL.**
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) The ideal role for someone who loves interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment.
$300.00 HIRING BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS
$18-19 DOE
Job Summary:
Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide product / service information, answer questions, and resolve emerging problems that our customer account might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage large amount of incoming phone calls.
- Collects and enters a large number of product orders on company’s CRM.
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
- Ability to follow up to ensure problem resolution.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bilingual - Spanish and English
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to type and use 10-key calculator.
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
- Ability to be cordial and respectful with co-workers and customers.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Work overtime as assigned.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work with others in a group, cooperate with others, offer help when needed, and foster a team climate within the group where members are committed to a common goal.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of work experience in a warehouse preferred.
**Salary**: $18-19
