**We are looking for a prudent Property/Maintenance contractor to be responsible for the onsite maintenance of our new storage facility in Tupelo, Mississippi. **We expect this role to have 10-20 hours per week of work during the first few weeks, and roughly 2-3 hours per week after that. **Work can be done mostly on your own schedule throughout the week as long as the tasks get completed in a timely manner.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Keep properties in clean and organized mannerLockout storage units monthly**:

- Cut locks off of units for non-paying customers using an angle grinder
- Clean-out storage units as needed
- Report back to the remote management team with issues/status
- Complete basic property maintenance such as changing locks, lights, oiling doors, replacing rodent traps, spraying for bugs/weeds, etc
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Communicate with our team on the status of tasks

**Skills**
- **Ability to communicate effectively and timely**:

- Navigate through our App.
- Basic Maintenance Experience
- Well organized with excellent time management skills

**Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 per hour - Bonus’s are payed based on performance.**
