Splash and Dash Groomerie and Boutique is a small business in Coppell, TX. We are industry leaders and our goal is to passionately deliver exceptional care for our customer's dogs; prioritizing happiness while building a lifelong relationship.

We are an EOS company, and believe by creating a leadership team that meets regulary, works together to set goals and solve problems, and holds eachother accountable we can grow beyond this location to be the number 1 pet grooming provider in the DFW metroplex.

**Duties**:

- Manage daily salon operations and contribute to the customer service and sales team.
- Keeping department leaders accountable to quarterly and annual goals.
- Provide on site Leadership for department leaders and their teams.
- Demonstrate even tempured and level headed responses to unexpected problems.
- Maintain professionalism in all client interactions and phone etiquette
- Lead and motivate the salon team through effective team management
- Work directly with Visionary and Leadership Team to integrate the visionaries ideas into executeable actions by the leadership team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in effectively holding direct reports accountable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven successful experience with sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for client interactions and team communication
- Ability to conduct interviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations

This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career growth within EOS environment.

This position is offered at a $18-$22/hour wage plus uncapped performance bonuses quarterly. Indeed requires an upper limit though we will not be capping potential income. We listed the realistic expectation of your first year.
