Nonla Burger Server

Nonla Burger is looking for an energetic and motivated server to join our team We are seeking a reliable, Full-time and part-time server who will work up to 15-30 hours a week. Availability to work days, nights and weekends are a must.

We're a progressive restaurant who’s looking for people who don't need to be micromanaged. You must be hardworking, self-motivated, have a passion for food, willing to learn, have an awesome attitude and be great at communicating. Most importantly to have fun while serving good food This location has a bar too Our servers are required to pour and serve drinks to customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide the utmost customer service and experience for our guests.
- Know how to listen and communicate appropriately.
- Be able to explain our menu, and notate guest allergies when needed for food safety purposes
- Take care of Guests the way you want to be taken care of
- Work as a unit and be team oriented.
- Adhere to Nonla Burger duties and side-work checklist standards

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Tip certified is mandatory to work at this location, if you are not certified we will ask you to get certified and we will reimburse to cover the minor costs of certification.
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs
- Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be willing to work nights & weekends
- Passion for serving good food and making people happy
