Service Accounting Support Clerk

Subaru of Georgetown is looking to add a Service Accounting Support Clerk dedicated to enhancing the customer experience. The Service Cashier processes monetary and credit card transactions and completes and closes repair orders for the dealership’s customers. The Service Cashier is sometimes the last contact with the customer at the end of their service visit and greatly impacts the customer's overall satisfaction. This role requires a confident and engaging individual with an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience and automotive repair knowledge are a plus but not a must. This is a full-time position.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Follow up with Service Advisors to ensure payment is received
- Assist with other organizational tasks
- Follow up with accounting for internal auditing purposes
- Closing warranty/customer pay repair orders
- Call third party warranty/insurance companies regarding claims
- Monitor account for incoming warranties/ insurance payments
- Completing End of month statement
- Any other duties assigned as needed

- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Punctuality in reporting to work

- Strong organizational skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year

Hours:

- This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week
- Requires availability Monday - Saturday
- Service Department Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 6 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

**Compensation**:

- $20 per hour
