Estate Planning Paralegal

**Who we are**:
At Giammichele Law APC, we are a boutique law firm that specializes in trust, estate, and family law matters. We are currently looking to add an additional paralegal to our team. This is a permanent full-time position with potential for hybrid work.

This role is perfect for someone who has strong people skills, a keen attention to detail, and is passionate about growing in the legal field with a team that is knowledgeable, high achieving, and fun.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate with clients from initial consultation to execution of estate planning documents;
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of estate planning documents;
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations;
- Filing and arranging for recording of necessary documents;
- Perform additional legal and administrative tasks on an as needed basis.
- ABA-Accredited Paralegal Certification;
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Strong communication skills with experience in a client/customer facing role;
- Experience with WealthCounsel is required;
- 1-2+ years of estate planning experience is preferred;
- Knowledge of county/state court rules, calendaring, and legal document formatting guidelines;
- Strong research, writing, analytical and organizational skills;
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills;
**Compensation is based upon experience and qualifications.**

**Starting Compensation Range: $25.00-33.00 per hour**
