Hmo Coordinator

**Fulton Center** is hiring an **HMO Coordinator** in **Gloversville, NY.**

**DUTIES**:

- Acts as the liaison between the clinical staff and the HMOs.
- Collect vital information to be shared with the HMOs.
- Verify coverage & benefits with the HMOs to ensure proper compensation.
- Coordinate the services associated with discharge or return home.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Should understand medical terminology.
- Must be able to read clinical charts.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Experience with EMR a plus.
