Residential Counselor-on-call

**_The Opportunity_**

FCA is seeking Residential Counselors for our 24-hour supervised community residence for adults over age 18 who suffer from persistent mental illness. The residential program assists its residents with learning the skills necessary to move on to a more independent living environment.

Responsibilities_**
- Provide counseling and supervision to residents and assist them in the development and implementation of their service plan.
- Oversee recreational program and outings.
- Supervise residents with daily activities
- Complete required paperwork accurately and thoroughly and submit by the required deadline.
- Ensure the Medication Management and Training procedures are properly followed.
- Coordinate residents' care with outside agencies by establishing and maintaining open communication in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Transport residents to and from appointments and recreational activities as needed.
- Perform bed checks and morning wake-ups when needed.

**Qualifications**

High School Diploma/GED required

6 months-1 year of experience required

Valid Driver's License required
