Early Childhood Teacher with Cda

We are currently looking for an early childhood teacher currently possessing an active CDA license. A bachelor's or an associate degree in early childhood education would be preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the early childhood education setting.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and engagement.
- Assess and monitor the development of each child, providing individualized support as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress.
- Incorporate early intervention strategies for children with special needs or developmental delays.
- Foster a love of learning through engaging literacy and math activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage behavior effectively and create a positive learning environment.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
