Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Architect with a specialization in detailed millwork, residential RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plan), and all interior elevations.

Key Responsibilities:
Detailed Millwork Design: Lead the design and development of intricate millwork details for various spaces within residential projects. This includes but is not limited to custom cabinetry, built-in shelving, intricate trim work, and other bespoke woodwork elements.

Residential RCP Expertise: Oversee the creation and implementation of Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs) for residential properties. Ensure that the RCPs align with the overall design vision, integrate lighting fixtures seamlessly, and enhance the aesthetic appeal of each space.

Ceiling Details: Collaborate closely with the design team to conceptualize and execute innovative ceiling designs that elevate the overall interior ambiance. Develop detailed plans and specifications for ceiling treatments, including coffered ceilings, tray ceilings, decorative moldings, and other architectural features.

Interior Elevations: Generate comprehensive interior elevation drawings that accurately depict the spatial arrangements, material selections, and design details for each room. Communicate design intent effectively through annotated elevations, ensuring clarity for both clients and construction teams.

New Construction Focus: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the new construction process. Provide expert guidance on interior architectural elements, ensuring seamless integration with the overall building structure and design.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, or related field.

Proven experience in high-end residential design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in detailed millwork, RCPs, ceiling details, and interior elevations.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship and architectural excellence.
