**The Opportunity**: As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our culinary department. Your dedication and support in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our club members and guests.

**Duties and Functions**:

- Assist in food preparation and assembly under the guidance of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment by following established sanitation and safety protocols.
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients as required.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Help with dishwashing and proper storage of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Receive and unpack food deliveries, checking for accuracy and quality.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Ensure that food presentation and garnishes are prepared according to established standards.
- Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize food wastage.
- Assist in the plating and finishing of dishes before they are served.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized storage area.

**Qualification Standards**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions closely.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as assigned.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
