Here is what you can expect on a typical day as a Seasonal Festival Team Member at Lou Malnati’s
- You will be on the move. You will be on your feet your entire shift, talking to customers and your team to keep orders on track.
- Taking on new tasks as needed. Every night, we all aim to create memorable experiences and great pizzas for our customers.
- Must be available during Festival Hours (10 am-8 pm Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of the Festival)
- A team you can rely on. Family means something at Lou’s. Ask the people who have been with us for 10+ years. Most have worked their way up from Host to Store Manager and beyond.
- Must love pizza. Bonus, you will get a 50% discount on food when you are not working and a free meal during your shift.

The festival position includes many jobs and responsibilities. Festival team members may be tasked with:

- Ringing in orders while handling payments
- Handing food to guests, prepping food, cooking food
- Maintaining cleanliness of the work site before, during, and after shifts like washing dishes, disposing of trash, restocking the fest store, assisting

**Requirements**:

- Passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
- Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills
- Ability to stand approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations
- Be able to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
- Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility
- Must be able to work in multiple festival positions as needed.
- Must have a working knowledge of a simple point-of-sales system
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the festivals.
