Stakeholder Training and Facilitation Consultant

**STAKEHOLDER TRAINING AND FACILITATION CONSULTANT**
The Consultant will be part of a team providing strategic support for an Agency-wide IT Systems Modernization project. The Consultant will be responsible for planning, development and delivery of stakeholder engagement and user training activities, including meeting management and facilitation, stakeholder analysis and communication, and the development and deployment of systems training materials and change management strategies.
The Consultant will work as a member of a scrum team and will be expected to deliver progress and report on assigned tasks throughout the Client sprint cycle. The Consultant will interface with the federal client as well as external agency stakeholders on a regular basis. This position will report directly to the contract Engagement Manager and will be expected to be proactive, high-performing, and client-focused at all times.
**Job Requirements**
- Experience in Meeting Management, Facilitation and/or Training with diverse stakeholders
- Experience developing and disseminating communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Experience drafting executive-ready content and materials targeted at a variety of stakeholders such as agendas, one-pagers, web posts, job aids, training manuals, and process documentation
- Experience with O365 including SharePoint and Outlook administration
- Familiarity with agile project management principles, and an ability to meet deadlines for priority tasks and reports
- Confidence, patience, a strong in-person and virtual presence/ professional tone of voice
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments, and support agile team
**Desired Skills**
- Outgoing and positive personality with an ability to direct group conversations
- Passion for working with and facilitating strategic change management activities at organizational level and with external stakeholders
- Passion for Training, including development of useful training materials, delivery methods and monitoring adoption
- Familiarity with grants administration processes, especially in compliance with federal regulations
- IT Systems Development and or Modernization background
- Federal Project Management
- Product Management
- Change Management
- Education, Continuous Learning, and/or Knowledge Management experience
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of relevant progressive work experience, more senior experience also encouraged
