**Summary**
Revelation Waste Partners is seeking intelligent, motivated, and adaptable PHP / CakePHP Developers to work on a variety of software projects - both internal and external. Our Developers work as a part of a larger, multi profession team which is willing to provide guidance and answer questions.
**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces (UIs) that enhance the user experience
- Demonstrated ability to create clear and concise user stories that capture functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder needs
- Experience in creating detailed and visually compelling mockups that effectively communicate design concepts, user flows, and functionality
- Adaptable to changing environments and constraints
- Must demonstrate ability to promote an inclusive environment that reflects the broad diversity and backgrounds represented by our Clients and Team Members and which every individual feels respected and valued
- Proven ability to proactively self-manage and complete project deliverables, with a sense of ownership while supporting our Clients and team members
- Experience in positively delivering on tasks outside of a typical job description to ensure the smooth operation of and delivery by the team
- Proven ability to effectively deliver in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment
- Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, and documentation (samples of nonproprietary documentation maybe be asked for review)
- Able to clearly and concisely explain computing topics - particularly to non-technical individuals
- Able to break down complex concepts and processes into simpler steps or pieces
- Has had exposure to a variety of programming languages and technologies, and feels proficient in multiple object-oriented programming languages
- Enthusiastic about learning new programming languages and technologies as needed
- Desire to create systems that are easy for others to use and understand; this includes maintaining and improving legacy systems
- Comfortable alternating between working in groups and working independently throughout the day
- Willing to ask for help from the team when stuck or uncertain

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
