**Cytology Technician - Evenings - Full Time**

Prepare GYN and non-GYN smears and stain them according to the type of specimen, coverslip and arrange numerically on trays; prepare reagents and other solutions used in the laboratory in accordance with established procedures. Maintain quality assurance and quality control standards as set by the hospital and laboratory.

**This position is full time, working the evening shift from 3pm to 11pm, Monday - Friday. No weekends, no holidays. Department is open to some flexibility with the hourly schedule.**

**Required Criteria**
- High School Diploma or GED
- NYS Clinical Laboratory Technician or Histological Technician license from the NYS Education Department

**Preferred Criteria**
- 2+ years of laboratory processing experience
- Cytology Prep experience

$24.72-$44.40/Hourly
