We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team for a critical role in supporting a power billing analytic software conversion project. As a Business Analyst specializing in power bill reviews, you will play a pivotal role in verifying charges and categories within our power billing system. Your efforts will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our conversion project

**Responsibilities**:

- Power Bill Review: Conduct comprehensive reviews of power bills to verify charges, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate categorization.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools and techniques to analyze billing data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Software Testing: Assist in testing the new power billing software to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to power billing processes, procedures, and system requirements.
- Project Support: Support the project team in various tasks related to the power billing software conversion project.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the energy or utilities industry.
- Experience with power billing systems and processes is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and software testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
